This Blog has been Hijacked

Greetings Captive Audience,
For the next few days, (or until my blog writing privileges are officially revoked), I will be keeping you up to speed on the developments in this overdue saga that is Emmy's big arrival.

As I'm sure Ali's already said, the plan is to roll out of here bright and early tomorrow morning for a 0530 arrival at the hospital. We're lucky its only a 10 minute drive... Things ought to get moving fairly soon after we arrive with the beginning of the induction. Then Ali will do her thing and I'll be standing by trying not to screw anything up.

From there, I'll do my best to give major updates on the blog and introduce our peanut to y'all; our friends and family scattered about the country. Since she's already veto'd my live Doctor helmetcam option, I'll be sure to post a quick note of Emmy's arrival afterwards and follow it up with some pics when time allows.

For those of you around Clarksville, barring any hiccups, I'll give a blanket invite over the blog to if you'd like to come by the hospital and visit. We'd love to have you. If its late or we're exceptionally worn out, I'll mention it and prior to coming but call me and we'll figure out what works for everyone.

Until then, we're off to get some rest.

Nick
