It was gloomy outside yesterday, but it couldn't have been brighter in our house! Emmy and I ditched our jammies for some more sophisticated duds for a meet-and-greet luncheon at the battalion commander's house. Making new friends is obviously one of Emmy's favorite past times given the fantastic mood that she was in the rest of the day! Being the shutter-bug mother that I am already proving to be, I broke out the camera to capture all the smiles that Emmy was sharing with me...

ReplyDeleteSuch great pics--isn't it fun when you find THE PHRASE that gets them every time? I love that it's 'girly girl'...so freaking cute!!!! You can tell she can already brighten a room-such a wide smile and her eyes go right along with it! Do you think her blue eyes are going to stay put? They're looking pretty clear but I always had your kids pegged for brown eyes!
She is SO CUTE!!!!!!!!! I LOVE her bright, beautiful eyes. She's going to change so much. Ohhhh!!!
